Legal Counsel - Temporary position

Role Description

As a member of our growing Legal Team, you will be required to support of variety of legal-related issues - be responsible for providing legal advice, negotiating contracts, preparing legal documents, and handling various legal issues. The role will involve working closely with internal teams and external advisors.

**The position is temporary with opportunity to continue working in a permanent position

Qualifications

• Lawyer with 3-5 years of experience as an in-house counsel in Real estate company or Real estate department of leading law firm
• LLB degree or foreign equivalent, member of the Israeli Bar
• Experience in Contract Negotiation
• Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation
• Ability to provide Legal Advice
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience in the real estate industry
• Experience in Planning and Zoning – advantage
• Experience in Urban Renewal - advantage
