Role Description:

We are currently hiring a full-time Ecommerce Specialist for an on-site role at our office. As a Ecommerce Specialist, you will be responsible for managing e-commerce websites on a daily basis, including sales, customer service, and analytics. You will work daily with clients to enhance the customer experience, from landing pages to post-purchase communications.

Qualifications:

- Strong analytical skills to analyze key performance metrics and data to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency

- Excellent customer service skills to provide quality service and resolve issues for online customers

- Clear and effective communication skills with team members and clients.

- Comprehensive understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing channels

- Sales skills to identify and capitalize on upsales opportunities

- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

- Experience with Shopify is required

- Advance understanding with User experience and customer journey.

- Fluency in Hebrew and English is required.
