Role Description

As a member of our growing Legal Team, you will be required to support of variety of legal-related issues - be responsible for providing legal advice, negotiating contracts, preparing legal documents, and handling various legal issues. The role will involve working closely with internal teams and external advisors.

**The position is temporary with opportunity to continue working in a permanent position

Qualifications

Lawyer with 3-5 years of experience as an in-house counsel in Real estate company or Real estate department of leading law firm

LLB degree or foreign equivalent, member of the Israeli Bar

Experience in Contract Negotiation

Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation

Ability to provide Legal Advice

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Experience in the real estate industry

Experience in Planning and Zoning – advantage

Experience in Urban Renewal - advantage
