Assistant Financial Controller

Overview: We are seeking a skilled Assistant Controller to join our finance team. In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial operations. You will manage essential aspects of financial reporting, compliance, and analysis across various entities within the organization. Collaborating closely with finance staff and external auditors, you will help steer the company towards its financial goals through meticulous record-keeping, reporting, and adherence to regulations.

Role Description:

1. Financial reporting - responsibility for trial balances of all companies in the group, collecting and organizing working papers, and compliance with the company's accountants in reviews/audits
2. Responsibility on SOX subject – working with SOX consultant consistently and prior to every reporting period.
3. Supervision of orderly bookkeeping, bank and credit card adjustments performed on time and accurately, suppliers on duty, cuts, etc.      
4. "Solo" reports - full responsibility for preparing and submitting solo financial statements of the group companies, including tax reports.
5. Budget vs. execution - execution of reports in an orderly manner vis-à-vis the company's management entities.
6. Management reports - reports as required by management (salary reports, development expenses, etc.)
