Technical Project Manager

Role Overview

Seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the ServiceNow projects.

To managing scope, stakeholders, and implementation across teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with order management and network engineering stakeholders to gather requirements and set expectations.
• Work with the architecture team to ensure proper design and technical details.
• Organize agile sprints with the SI development team, including backlog creation and prioritization.
• Coordinate with the QA team for implementation approval.
• Report progress to program/business unit management.
• Qualifications and Experience:

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing complex IT transformation projects in a telco environment.
• Strong understanding of fiber network architecture and network inventory systems.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow modules, particularly TNI and OMT; familiarity with the TMF framework is a plus.
• Experience with integrating vendor-supplied network element managers.
