DevOps Engineer

As a DevOps Engineer ,you will play a key role in building and maintaining the infrastructure and systems that power our cutting-edge products and services. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to streamline our development and deployment processes, optimize system performance, and ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of our platform.

Responsibilities:

- Design, implement, and maintain robust, scalable, and automated infrastructure and deployment pipelines using modern DevOps tools and practices.

- Collaborate with software engineers to integrate CI/CD pipelines, automate build, test, and deployment processes, and ensure smooth and efficient release cycles.

- Manage and configure cloud infrastructure and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), including provisioning, scaling, monitoring, and optimization.

- Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to proactively identify and address performance issues, security vulnerabilities, and system failures.

- Ensure the security and compliance of our systems and infrastructure by implementing best practices, security controls, and access management policies.

- Continuously evaluate and adopt new technologies, tools, and practices to improve the efficiency, reliability, and scalability of our infrastructure and operations.

- Provide technical guidance, support, and mentorship to team members, and contribute to a culture of learning, collaboration, and innovation.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role, with a strong background in infrastructure automation, CI/CD, and cloud computing.

- Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as Python, Bash, or Go, and experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.

- Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure as code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).

- Strong understanding of networking, security, and compliance principles, and experience implementing security best practices and controls.

- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.

- Effective communication skills and ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
