SIEM Implementation Specialist

This is a full-time on-site role in the Tel Aviv District, Israel for a SIEM Implementation specialist. The SIEM Implementation specialist will be responsible for analyzing data, implementing and configuring SIEM systems, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and excellent customer service, and providing software implementation support. The specialist will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, providing training and support to end-users, and documenting procedures and best practices.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in SIEM implementation
• Proven experience with QRADAR - Strong advantage
• Analytical skills
• Experience in software implementation
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, GIAC)
