Business Project Manager

Our team at TMM is hiring a Business Project Manager for Navigation Systems!

What will you do:

• Overseeing the project from the marketing stage to the client, through contract execution and final delivery.
• Managing development and procurement projects in the field of navigation with clients both domestically and internationally, from the development stage to delivery and implementation at the client's site.
• Providing maintenance support at later stages.
• Strengthening client relationships and creating additional business and sales opportunities for the company.
• This is a managerial position working in a matrix structure with engineering, logistics, operations, and procurement departments.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's Degree/Certificate in engineering fields - mandatory.
• Master’s degree in business administration - an advantage.
• At least 3 years of experience in managing multi-system projects in the defense sector with a scope of over 5 million dollars - mandatory.
• Experience in business negotiation - mandatory.
• Experience working with suppliers and clients both domestically and internationally - a significant advantage.
• Experience in financial report analysis - an advantage.
• Experience in the field of navigation - an advantage.
• Proven management skills, employee motivation, and leadership in a matrix organizational structure, effective communication with employees.
• Proficiancy in the English language (speaking, reading, writing) - mandatory.
