Head of Sales

This role includes leading inbound B2B sales efforts ranging from SMBs to large leading brands, focusing on the US market.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a remote team of sales professionals based in New York, driving results and exceeding targets
• Collaborate closely with marketing to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, developing methodologies to enhance sales effectiveness and efficiency
• Represent the brand with integrity and professionalism in all client interactions

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Sales Leadership role
• Proven track record of success selling to the American market, with a deep understanding of its nuances and dynamics
• Experience managing a remote sales team based in the US
• Demonstrated proficiency in inbound sales techniques, with the ability to qualify leads and close deals effectively
• Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and motivating sales teams to achieve exceptional results
• Excellent communication skills in English
