We're seeking a talented Head of IT & Security and Support to join our team and shape the future of our technology infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

Customer Support field:

• Lead the customer support team in implementing a comprehensive strategy to improve customer satisfaction and retention (B2B).

Lead Technology Strategy & Operations:

• Develop and execute a forward-thinking IT strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Oversee software, hardware, and vendor selection, ensuring optimal performance, cost-effectiveness, and compliance.
• Manage IT budgets and resources efficiently, maximizing value for the organization.
• Implement standardized global procurement processes for IT equipment and services.
• Oversee software license procurement, compliance, and management.
• Develop and lead a comprehensive user support strategy focused on maximizing customer satisfaction.
• Foster a positive and collaborative relationship between IT and internal customers.

Security & Compliance:

• Develop and implement robust security policies and procedures ensuring adherence to relevant laws and regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001, CCPA, etc.).
• Manage and monitor IT security risks, conducting regular assessments and vulnerability testing.
• Oversee incident response processes to effectively address and mitigate security breaches.
• Champion a culture of information security within the organization.

Qualifications:

• A leader with 10+ years of experience in IT management, including a proven track record in security leadership.
• Education - A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Deeply knowledgeable in IT security practices, relevant compliance regulations, and IT infrastructure management.
• Expertise in Python scripting and other relevant technical skills.
• Extensive experience in developing and enforcing security policies, with a thorough understanding of compliance standards relevant to the industry.
• Proficient in IT procurement, vendor management, and budget oversight.
• A strong leader who can build and motivate a high-performing team.
• An excellent communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
