Development Team Lead

C# Full-stack team Leader

As a Hands-On Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in driving the technical direction of our ERP system. Your expertise and leadership skills will be pivotal in guiding a talented team of developers toward successful project delivery. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring the seamless integration of your team's work and adhering to agile methodologies to meet our fast-paced development goals.

Responsibilities:

• Led a team of full-stack & backend developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and hands-on expertise in backend & ERP development

• Drive the design, development, testing, and deployment of high-quality, scalable, and reliable backend and frontend services.

• Collaborate with product managers, IT business partners, other development teams, QA and customer support to define project requirements, technical specifications, and roadmaps.

• Take ownership of technical decisions, architecture, and code quality, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and company standards.

• Monitor and optimize system performance, scalability, and security in a high-volume event-driven environment.

• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements, efficiency enhancements, and innovation in backend development and event-driven systems.

• Manage projects and priorities effectively, ensuring on-time delivery while maintaining the highest level of quality.

• Uphold agile methodologies and foster a culture of transparency, continuous improvement, and adaptability within the team.

• Lead by example, promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and learning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on software development experience, C# mandatory , WPF / MVVM – advantage

• Experience working with AS400 – advantage

• Knowledge / familiarity with the automotive industry with emphasis on after – sales – advantage

• At least 2 years of proven leadership experience / Project management experience / Scrum master experience

• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and a track record of delivering projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.

• Strong commitment to code quality, best practices, and continuous improvement.

• Self-motivated and independent, with the ability to prioritize and manage tasks effectively.

תיאור התפקיד

• הובלת צוות מפתחי Backend &Full-stack (כ – 50% פיתוח hands on ) – פיתוח ותחזוקה של מערכות ERP פנים ארגונית

• שיתוף פעולה עם השותפים העסקיים, מנתחי מערכות, צוותי פיתוח אחרים וצוותי ה QA , ההדרכה וההטמעה לטובת הגדרת דרישות פרויקט, אפיונים טכניים ותוכניות עבודה

• אחריות על החלטות טכניות, ארכיטקטורת מערכת ואיכות הקוד

• זיהוי הזדמנויות לשיפור תהליכים, שיפור ביצועים וחדשנות במערכות הארגוניות הקיימות

• ניהול פרויקטים ותעדופים בצורה איכותית יעילה, על מנת להבטיח עמידה בלוחות הזמנים וביעדי ה DELIVERY

• ניהול צוות הפיתוח באמצעות מתודולוגיית Agile

• הובלה טכנית , מנטורינג ופיתוח עובדים

• התפקיד בכפוף למנהלת ה- Delivery

דרישות התפקיד

• תואר במדעי המחשב, הנדה או תחום רלוונטי אחר

• מינימום 5 שנים של פיתוח hands on ב – C#.

• ידע / היכרות עם WPF - יתרון משמעותי

• ידע / היכרות עם AS400 – יתרון משמעותי

• ידע / היכרות עם עולם הרכב ובפרט מערכות After sale– יתרון משמעותי

• ניסיון בניהול צוות / ניהול פרויקטים / Scrum master

• ניסיון עם מתודולוגיות Agile (Scrum, Kanban)

• יכולת פתרון בעיות וקבלת החלטות בסביבת פיתוח דינמית ומשתנה
