Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Vice President of Design & Customer Experience (VP Design & CX) to lead our design and UX teams. This role is critical to our mission of creating user-centric products that are both functional and delightful.
The VP Design & CX will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive design strategy, building a world-class team, and ensuring our customer experience is second to none.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advocate for our users by leading day-to-day design initiatives with a user-centric approach.
- Develop and articulate a comprehensive UX vision and shepherd its implementation across all product lines.

- Build, lead, and mentor a diverse and talented team of UX Designers, Researchers, and Content Strategists.
- Foster a creative and collaborative environment that encourages innovative thinking.
- Implement and oversee UX processes and operations to drive efficient product development.
- Work collaboratively with Product Managers, Engineers, Marketing, and Go-to-Market teams to prioritize and deliver optimal solutions globally.
- Ensure rigorous and scalable product decisions that align with business and user needs.

- Oversee all UX and CX operations, looking at the entire customer journey from end to end.UX and CX operations,
- Emphasize the importance of the onboarding process, ensuring it is intuitive, engaging, and efficient.
- Work across organizational and functional boundaries to prioritize opportunities and mitigate constraints.
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Fine Arts, or a related field - Must
- Master's degree in design, Business Administration, or a related field - Preferred.
- Proven experience in product design, balanced across a range of design expertise.
- Extensive experience in leading and managing UX Design teams, with demonstrable impact on software product development processes and outcomes.
- Experience working in a technical environment with product managers, engineers, and key stakeholders such as Marketing and Go-to-Market teams.
- Preferred: Experience in fast-growing consumer tech companies and leading design programs that drive community engagement.
- Excellent product design portfolio, demonstrating clear insights, problem-solving abilities, and simple solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to listen, frame problems, articulate positions, weigh alternatives, propose solutions, and influence decisions.
