Quality Assurance Manager

seeking a dedicated Quality Manager to oversee the quality management at our production site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and implementing quality procedures in compliance with laws and regulations. This role involves leading continuous improvement processes for products and workflows to mitigate risks and ensure high-quality, safe products for consumers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality procedures in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Lead continuous improvement processes for products and workflows to prevent risks and ensure product quality and safety.
• Provide guidance on product quality, overseeing quality control processes from raw material reception to final product delivery to the end customer, collaborating with managers and departments within the organization.
• Update procedures, train employees, and monitor execution to evaluate effectiveness.
• Establish quality metrics and standardization and implement them across the company.
• Serve as the team leader for food safety.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Quality Manager in the food industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Food Engineering, Quality Management, Food Technology, or Biotechnology.
• Familiarity with FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP standards.
• Knowledge and capabilities in managing quality and food safety systems.
• Proficiency in both English and Hebrew.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to tackle challenges.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, multitasking environment.
• Experience in team management.
• Auditor certification is an advantage.
• Completion of a HACCP Team Leader course is an advantage.
