ActiveFence is seeking for IT HelpDesk

You will be working in a fast-growing, dynamic environment with cutting-edge technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and improve the company’s systems infrastructure while focusing on security protocols.
• Provide professional service and support for end users and colleagues in all ActiveFence sites.
• Work on complex and escalated support issues.
• Work in a fast and dynamic environment.
• Create/terminate users and virtual working environments (onboarding/offboarding procedures and automation).

Must have:

• At least two years of proven relevant experience in an IT support or Sys admin role
• Hands-on experience and deep knowledge of ‘Google Workspace’ platform (G-suite)
• Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and supporting MacOS and Windows 10/11 devices
• English speaking and writing skills at a high level
• Well-organized with close attention to detail
• Ability to learn and implement new technologies.
• Willingness to be available 24/7 (including weekends) when urgent requests emerge.
• Service-oriented with good communication skills, both verbal and written

Advantage:

• Experience working with Okta, InfiniPoint, and Jamf (the IT core systems) - a significant advantage
• Experience working with AWS cloud platforms (ec2, s3, workspaces)
• Familiarity with Network infrastructure and configuration
