As a team lead you will sit at the very core of Papaya's business, play a crucial role in driving revenue growth while elevating the overall games experience for our players.

• Lead, mentor, and empower a high-performing team of Monetization Managers, fostering continuous professional growth, data-driven execution, and accountability.
• Oversee resource allocation, balance campaign workloads, and streamline operational processes to eliminate bottlenecks.
• Translate business goals into an actionable, long-term revenue strategy and LiveOps event calendar.
• Dive into user data, player segmentation, and cohort metrics to unlock revenue opportunities and improve engagement and revenue KPIs.
• Plan, create & implement day-to-day events and promotions strategies based on users' behavior analysis.
• Partner with Product, Game Economy, Design, Technical Operations, and Analytics teams to deliver monetization features that respect core player retention.
• Set clear campaign KPIs, monitor results against target business goals, and present actionable revenue insights to executive leadership.
• Evaluate team performance and provide feedback, coaching, and developmental opportunities.
• Contribute to hiring and onboarding processes to grow the team.

• 4+ years of experience in the mobile gaming industry.
• Prior experience in a leadership or management role.
• Proven analytical competencies: good understanding of data and trends. We're a data-driven company and while deep technical data analysis will be supported by our Analytics team, you should be comfortable using data to inform decisions.
• Strong English written/verbal communication skills.
• A focus on consumer behavior in digital entertainment/games – an advantage.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Management, or Business Administration.
