Employee Experience & CSR Manager

We are looking for an experienced Employee Experience and CSR Manager to report directly to our VP of HR. In this individual contributor role, you will serve as both the strategic lead and hands-on driver of Papaya’s employee experience. You will play a key role within our HR ecosystem, partnering closely with a professional team to shape our global culture while defining, leading, and building our social footprint and CSR strategy from the ground up.

• Strategy and Execution: Define and lead the company’s employee experience and culture strategy, shaping meaningful moments across the employee journey and ensuring each touchpoint reflects our culture and helps employees feel seen and valued. Build our CSR roadmap from the ground up, identifying community impact initiatives that align with our values and reflect who we are as a company, both internally and externally. Drive execution through annual and quarterly planning, effective budget management, and independent project leadership, ensuring initiatives are scalable, well executed, and high-impact.
• The Heart of Employee Experience: Champion a human-centric approach by fostering authentic connections and creating employee experiences that reflect care, belonging, and consistency throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
• Organizational Pulse and Connection: Stay closely connected to our employees and maintain a strong understanding of the organizational climate. Use channels such as roundtables and surveys to gather insights and turn them into meaningful action.
• A Collaborative HR Ecosystem: Work closely with HRBPs, TA, Employer Branding and Internal Communication Manager, to ensure a cohesive employee journey and strengthen our culture and employer brand.
• Global Synergy: While the role is primarily focused on our Israel headquarters, you will also partner with the Poland local HR teams to ensure cultural alignment and a consistent employee experience across both locations.

• Experience at Scale: 8+ years of experience in Employee Experience and CSR roles. It is essential that your background includes experience within at least one large-scale global organization, providing you with a deep understanding of complex multi-site environments.
• Strategic and Hands-on Capabilities: A proven ability to build and scale initiatives from scratch, combined with a tactical mindset for budget management and data-driven decision making.
• High Ownership and Initiative: A natural ability to lead complex projects independently from conception to completion, bringing fresh and innovative ideas to a rapidly changing work environment.
• People and Influence: Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build trust across all levels. Experience working within a multi-faceted HR department and the ability to partner effectively with various professional stakeholders.
• Authenticity and Drive: Has the energy to drive change and maintain a deep focus on the human element of the organization, while managing multiple priorities in parallel.

• Tel Aviv-based hybrid role with office presence 4 days per week.
