Product Manager

Product Manager to a growing Digital Health Startup Company.

About the position:

🔸In this role you will Shape the product strategy and the product roadmap in line with stakeholders, company vision and market trends

🔸Become an authority in your space. Our Product Managers work directly with customers to understand the space, personas, and the ecosystem.

🔸Collaborate with internal teams and customers to deliver solutions needed to drive exponential revenue growth. Working hands-on to define, prioritize and communicate product requirements and corresponding acceptance criteria.

🔸Work with marketing team to develop effective business and market communications that emphasize product value.

Role & Responsibilities:

🔸Build and manage the roadmap and backlog for web application, mobile apps, and planned hardware development, for continuous improvement of the product’s, to increase customers satisfaction, improve business performance and ensure competitiveness.

🔸Define product requirements based on user needs, market research, and business strategy

🔸Manage the documentation lifecycle, including product manuals, datasheets, and other technical documentation  

🔸Collect customers feedback to identify pain points and needs.

🔸Translate customers’ needs into product requirements.

🔸Guide and work with Multi-functions including R&D, Operations, RA/QA etc. developing high quality features and product improvements, delivering the roadmap goals.

🔸Work with customer success and engineering teams to prioritize and define content for Install base quality improvements.

Requirements:

🔸Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Engineering or equivalent

🔸7+ years’ experience in product management

🔸Experience or understanding of multidisciplinary products involving Software and Hardware

🔸Excellent oral and written communications skills

🔸Strong analytical and process skills

🔸Strong project management skills

🔸Medical device or dental background – advantage

🔸Background in UX/UI/ Design - Advantage
