What you're applying for

As the Influencer Marketing Specialist, you will be at the forefront of expanding our reach through strategic influencer partnerships within our target market. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on creating new avenues of growth and possesses the agility to navigate the evolving landscape of influencer marketing.

You will take the lead in establishing and scaling our influencer channel and understand the unique opportunities and challenges in leveraging influencer collaborations for our business growth. Your contributions will not only elevate our brand's visibility but also redefine our presence within the influencer community, setting the stage for impactful partnerships and exponential growth.

In this role, you'll

• Build a strategy for scaling the influencer channel
• Develop negotiation methods to establish favorable partnerships
• Take ownership of the outreach operation system for efficiency
• Collaborate closely with the creative team to strategize briefing for influencer collaborations
• Continuously optimize the influencer channel to ensure maximum impact and meet strict targets
  
  

• 2+ years of experience in strategic, hands-on marketing, including performance marketing, partnerships marketing, or as a business owner
• Blend strategic vision with hands-on execution
• Proven track record of driving growth
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
• Proficient in data analysis, with a talent for uncovering insights
• Strong attention to detail and a sense of ownership
• Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
• Enjoys collaborating with teammates and contributing ideas
