Job Title: Accounting Specialist

Introduction to Role:

AstraZeneca Israel is on the lookout for an Accounting Specialist to join our dynamic finance team.

This role offers the opportunity to manage account payables, oversee payroll processing, manage ITA reports, cash flow validation, intercompany vendors and more.

Reporting to the Finance Controller and collaborating with the accounting lead and various other colleagues throughout the company.

Accountabilities:

As an Accounting Specialist, you will manage account payables procedures (P2P), ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors, mange & reconcile them and managing company car fleet financial recording.

You will be responsible for payroll controlling process and maintaining presence system data.

Additionally, you will support cash flow validation and communication, audit of the financial statements and tax, and preparation of other ad hoc reporting decided by the Financial Controller.

Essential Skills/Experience:

• Qualified bookkeeper with basic accounting knowledge
• Certified payroll controller
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work fast
• Proficiency in MS software (especially Excel)
• Great control in SAP
• Fluent in Hebrew and English

• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience of working within a multi-disciplinary team
