We are an early-stage startup (we came out of stealth mode in 2023) with a super strong product-market fit, working with customers like Fiverr, Overwolf, Playstudios, and Next Insurance, just to name a few.
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the creative team to develop innovative and impactful video content that aligns with each brand’s goals and trends.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of video ads, focusing on metrics such as CR, ROAS, and other relevant KPIs to continuously optimize creative strategies and achieve business objectives.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on the latest industry trends, applying these insights to steer the creative direction of video ad campaigns on platforms including Facebook/Meta, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Snapchat, among others.
- Collaborate with the product management team, contributing creative strategy insights to enhance features related to video quality and performance.
- Serve as the primary creative contact for our clients, effectively communicating and understanding their creative vision, while ensuring their goals are met.
- Function as the authoritative figure for video editors, guiding the editing process and holding the final approval on editing decisions to ensure alignment with brand and campaign goals.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Creative Manager, Creative Strategist, or similar role, with a specific focus on video ads.
- Fluent in English, both written and oral
- Strong understanding of marketing principles in paid social marketing on platforms like Facebook/Meta, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Snapchat, alongside expertise in analyzing performance metrics on these platforms' ad managers.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
- A proactive learner, willing and able to quickly learn and understand new technologies.
- Excellent teamwork skills and openness to feedback and collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field
- Experience working with gaming and e-commerce companies
