Project Lead - Product Feedback (Maternity leave)

Job Description

• Lead all aspects of our product feedback project - from daily projects to the overall strategic outlook
• Drive the development of the project’s workflows and procedures to help Wix teams get the most out of interactions with their users
• Identify potential Wix users who are relevant for our internal teams to meet with
• Maintain and develop relationships with all team stakeholders (Product, UX, Dev, etc.) to understand and translate needs into action
• Do your research and then prioritize and implement improvements continuously to product feedback services to best suit the needs of our growing organization
  
  

Qualifications:

• A Project Manager with 2+ years of experience and a track record of managing user-centric initiatives
• Customer-facing experience that allows you to understand and address user needs
• You're a tech-savvy and independent learner with the ability to lead a project from A to Z
• You’re highly organized and focused and can manage large workloads while seamlessly supporting your teammates on their projects when needed
• You’re a team player who doesn’t shy away from backend or logistical tasks that are for the benefit of the team
• You speak and write fluently in English and can explain complex topics clearly and concisely, as well as adjust your tone depending on your audience
• You’re a creative problem solver who’s able to collaborate with others to drive success
• You have a natural talent for understanding people’s pain points and translating them into product needs
• Product management, usability testing, UI/UX, or web development experience - an advantage
