Exciting Opportunity for Hardware Engineer to join an Early-Stage Startup focused on AI Component matching backed by a team of expert engineers.

Responsibilities

• Research client chats: Analyze and understand client conversations to identify specific needs or issues related to component engineering. Research solutions to those needs and draft response to clients.

• Review AI recommendations and inference process: Evaluate AI system recommendations to ensure accuracy and effectiveness in the component engineering process.

• Remote management of component research resources: Oversee a remote team of component research resources, providing guidance and support for successful research outcomes.

• Develop data structuring and contingency strategy: Design and implement a comprehensive strategy for organizing component engineering data. Develop contingency plans for potential challenges or disruptions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.

At least 8 years of hands-on experience in hardware design and component engineering.

Proficiency in mixed signal electronics design.

Strong understanding of component supply chain dynamics.

Experience with different data sources and data corruption issues.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Managerial experience will be an advantage

Experience in at least 10 different families of analog components- advantage

English native language level- advantage
