Senior Software Engineer Team Lead

Position Overview:

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Software Engineer co-team Lead to spearhead our development efforts. As a hands-on leader, you will not only lead a team of talented engineers but also actively contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of our software solutions. You should have a passion for coding and possess deep expertise in technologies such as Go, Node.js, PHP Laravel, and Vue.js. In addition to technical prowess, you should have strong leadership skills to guide and mentor your team members effectively

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of software engineers in the design, development, and maintenance of high-quality software solutions.
• Actively participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle, including coding, code reviews, testing, and deployment.
• Mentor and coach team members to help them grow both technically and professionally.

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and priorities.

• Ensure that projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the team.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven hands-on experience as a software engineer, with at least 5 years of experience.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Go, Node.js, PHP Laravel, and Vue.js.
• Strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
