Job Title: Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Location: Tel Aviv, Israel (with an upcoming relocation to Bnei Brak)

We are in search of an adept Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Specialist to bring expertise and innovation to our finance department. This full-time position is based in our Tel Aviv office, with a planned move to Bnei Brak in the near future.

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated FP&A Specialist to join our finance team. Reporting directly to the CFO and working closely with various department interfaces, the ideal candidate will play a crucial role in our financial planning and analysis operations. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the financial health and strategy of our global enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

Work under the guidance of the CFO and closely with various departmental interfaces.

Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial stability and growth.

Conduct monthly and yearly financial forecasts to guide strategic decision-making.

Design and execute financial data analyses, providing insightful reports and recommendations.

Engage in meetings, presenting findings and strategies through compelling presentations.

Interface with global teams, contributing to the company's international financial strategy and operations.

Requirements:

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.

Previous experience in an FP&A role within an organization is essential.

High proficiency in English (both verbal and written) for effective communication in a global context.

Exceptional analytical skills with a deep understanding of financial reports.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, assertiveness, and excellent interpersonal relations.
