Job Description:

As a Product Manager at Razor Labs, you will be responsible for product specification throughout all its stages, working closely with the VP Product.

This role involves coordination across various teams including engineering, marketing, sales, and delivery to ensure the product meets market needs and exceeds customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a SAAS product that gathers data from multiple sensors and converts this data into actionable insights for Razor Labs customers, guaranteeing prompt delivery and alignment with project objectives.
• Develop and maintain Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) to guide the product development process.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing to drive product success.
• Monitor and prioritize product backlog and development , identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
• Drive user experience and interface enhancements through collaboration with design and development teams.
• Manage the product lifecycle from conception through launch and post-launch optimization.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends, and incorporate findings into product strategy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; computer science- is an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in a startup environment.
• Experience in B2B product management
• Experience managing complex SaaS projects and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in creating and managing Product Requirements Documents (PRDs).
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Familiarity with hardware-software integration and analytics-driven products is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
