C# Development Team Leader

Leading a team of Backend & Full-stack developers (about 50% hands-on development) - development and maintenance of internal ERP systems

• Cooperation with the business partners, system analysts, other development teams and the QA teams, training and implementation in order to define project requirements, technical specifications and work plans

• Responsibility for technical decisions, system architecture and code quality

• Identifying opportunities for process improvement, performance improvement and innovation in the existing organizational systems

• Managing projects and priorities in a high-quality and efficient manner, in order to ensure compliance with delivery schedules and goals

• Management of the development team using the Agile methodology

• Technical leadership, mentoring and employee development

• The position is subordinate to the Delivery Manager

Requirements

• Degree in computer science, Handa or other relevant field

• Minimum 5 years of hands on development in C#.

• Knowledge / familiarity with WPF - a significant advantage

• Knowledge / familiarity with AS400 - a significant advantage

• Knowledge / familiarity with the automotive world and in particular after sale systems - a significant advantage

• Experience in team management / project management / Scrum master

• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)

• Ability to solve problems and make decisions in a dynamic and changing development environment

• Excellent human relations, ability to cooperate with other teams and various business entities
