Job Description:

As an AI Engineer on our team, you will play a core role in executing our ambitious roadmap. 👨‍💻

You will work with technologies necessary to build amazing AI Agents, handling texts, images, videos, and audio. Your toolkit will include software engineering and data science skills, classic NLP tools ("pre-ChatGPT") as well as the latest state-of-the-art models.

You will be required to staying on top of the latest AI advancements, and spotting ways to use them in our projects.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement AI-based components, from initial testing and validation to production.
• Take end-to-end ownership of projects such as intent detection, model fine-tuning, and AI based recommendation system.
• Collaborate with backend engineers, product managers, sales, and other stakeholders to better understand feature requirements.
• Conduct data analysis, including user feedback, to derive business-relevant insights.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in an AI Engineer role or a similar position (e.g., NLP Data Scientist, ML Engineer).
• Strong proficiency in Python, with a record of writing clean, efficient, and production-ready code.
• A proactive learning attitude with a constant interest in quickly adapting to and mastering new technologies and AI methodologies.
• We’re also open to an experience backend engineer (3+ years) with a portfolio of projects demonstrating your AI capabilities and data science skills.
