We are a leading tour company based in Israel, dedicated to providing exceptional travel experiences. We are expanding our operations and looking for a talented Tour Operator/Account Manager to join our US department.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Tour Operator/Account Manager to join our US operations.

The role includes:

• Maintaining regular contact with our partners in the US
• Handling ongoing operations, including booking sites, transportation, and hotels
• Ensuring all arrangements are set on time
• Reviewing itineraries with our US partners
• Coordinating with guides and tour leaders
• Building pre- and post-cruise tours
• Managing finances, billing, and invoicing

Requirements:

• Proven experience in the travel industry and tour operations
• Experience working with travel suppliers worldwide
• Fluent in English (native preferred)
• Previous experience in a tour operator company is an advantage
• Ability to work in US time (up to 21:00)
