The Pulseem Permitted Email Marketing System was established in 2008 to help businesses, organizations, non-profit organizations, and other email-sending bodies reach their recipients and coworkers directly. The system provides a web-based platform for businesses to communicate with their customers in an easy, cheap, and effective way while helping to prevent spam email globally.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Account Manager at Pulseem. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with them, and serving as their main point of contact. They will handle customer inquiries, manage renewals and upsells, and provide support and guidance to clients. This is an on-site role located in Tel Aviv District, Israel.

• Experience in customer service or account management
• Knowledge of email marketing platforms
• Fluent in English and Hebrew
