We have a temporary position with our esteemed organization, providing a stimulating and rewarding role for a duration of nine months, based in our Haifa office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support vendor accounts management process.
• Assist with month, quarter, and year closing procedures.
• Perform accounting transactions pertaining to vendor payments, costs, financial items, financial housekeeping, settlements, claims and recovery.
• Conduct VAT reporting.
• Realize fixed assets management.
• Provide support to team members.
  
  

Who are we looking for:

• Financial educational background, Bookkeeper Certified Type 2
• Previous experience (at least 2 years) in a similar function
• Preferably experienced in working closely with international environment
• Know how of SAP ERP system; Amital system
• Familiar with operating within procedures, policies, and practices
• Effective communication and organizational skills
• Keeps cool under pressure and can deal efficiently with ambiguity
• Can manage relationship with distance and different cultures
• Service oriented, attention to details
• Collaborative attitude to foster synergy with various functions and encourage teamwork
• Good Excel skills
• High-level English (both spoken and written)
