I am in the early stages of developing a startup that aims to connect junior professionals with clients seeking affordable, quality services. Our platform is set to revolutionize the way talent and clients interact, creating a win-win situation for both sides. Currently, it's just me working on this exciting project, and I am hiring freelancers to help with specific tasks. We have a clear vision, and advanced work is ongoing on our pitch deck and prototype.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of our platform, ensuring it is robust, scalable, and user-friendly.
• Oversee all technical aspects of the company, including software development, architecture, and infrastructure.
• Collaborate closely with the founding team to align technology with business goals.
• Ensure the security and data privacy of our platform.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role in technology.
• Strong knowledge of web development, app development, and software architecture.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Passion for startups and a willingness to commit to building something great from the ground up.
• Ability to work independently and in a remote team environment.

Compensation:

• Please note that this is an equity-only position. As we are in the early stages and have not yet received any investments, we are offering a percentage of ownership in the startup instead of a salary.
