I am in the early stages of developing a startup that aims to connect junior professionals with clients seeking affordable, quality services. Our platform is set to revolutionize the way talent and clients interact, creating a win-win situation for both sides. Currently, it's just me working on this exciting project, and I am hiring freelancers to help with specific tasks. We have a clear vision, and advanced work is ongoing on our pitch deck and prototype.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement initial marketing strategies to attract and engage our key demographics.
• Refine our messaging and identify the most effective channels for customer acquisition and retention.
• Create and execute campaigns to scale our customer base from the ground up.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize strategies.
• Help validate product-market fit through market research, user feedback, and data analysis.
• Collaborate with the founding team to align marketing strategies with business goals.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in growth marketing or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and social media strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Passion for startups and a willingness to commit to building something great from the ground up.
• Ability to work independently and in a remote team environment.

Compensation:

• Please note that this is an equity-only position. As we are in the early stages and have not yet received any investments, we are offering a percentage of ownership in the startup instead of a salary.
