Psychotherapist or Coach (Arabic Speaking)

As a therapist/coach at SupportRoom, your role will entail providing mental health support to patients using our platform. You will therefore facilitate the awareness, growth and psychological development of the patient. You’re responsible for building rapport with the patient through empathic listening, caring and warmth.

-Having full access to a phone and computer.

-15 to 20 hours a week flexible remote working.

-Being constantly available during working hours.

-Delivering treatment by chat, video and voice notes.

-Helping clients reflect on issues to make positive changes.

-Showing kindness, relatability and empathy as a specialist in order to assist the client to feel more comfortable.

-Degree allowing you to work in therapy and coaching.

-Experience in therapy/coaching.

-License allowing you to work legally in Israel.

-Ability to deliver therapy in Arabic and Hebrew.

-Passion, responsiveness, and confidence with patients.

-Extreme attention to detail.

-Motivation and striving for uncompromising excellence in whatever you do.

-You will be conscientiously focused on deadlines.

-Great communication skills.
