The TI Engineering team is focused on building cutting edge solutions, countering adversary-based threats to Microsoft and its customers through dissemination of threat intelligence, proactive hunting, incident response, and the development of new solutions and methods to detect adversary activity, investigate and respond to the attacks.

Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to gather user requirements, ensuring a thorough understanding of their needs and the intended functionality of the software.
• Create a clear and robust designs that addresses the requirements, is scalable, maintainable, and facilitates seamless integration with existing systems.
• Develop high-quality solutions by writing clean, efficient, and testable code that adheres to industry standards and best practices.
• Ensure smooth transition of services to production by managing deployment processes, and actively monitor system performance and health to maintain service reliability and uptime.
• Engineering Excellence: Uphold high standards of engineering by continuously refining processes, adopting innovative technologies, and fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
  
  

Qualifications

Qualifications

• 7+ Years of technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or related technical discipline
• Experience with designing highly available large-scale systems.
• Solid knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
• Extensive experience with one or more modern web technologies such as .NET / Node / React / Angular, building RESTful APIs
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills with a solid understanding of object-oriented design, coding patterns, and testing practices. 
• Adaptability to handle ambiguity, comprehend key business needs amidst competing priorities, and apply appropriate technology and implementation to the solution.
