SAP PMO Specialist

Join our dynamic IT team as an SAP PMO Specialist.

You will play a crucial role in overseeing and governing our SAP project implementations, ensuring these projects are delivered efficiently and within scope, budget, and time constraints.

Responsibilities

• Project Governance: Establish and maintain project management standards and methodologies, ensuring that SAP projects are delivered within scope, time, and budget constraints.
• Resource Management: Allocate and manage resources across SAP projects, ensuring that each project has the necessary personnel, including SAP consultants, developers, and analysts.
• Risk Management: Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks that could impact the success of SAP projects. Implement risk management protocols and ensure they are followed throughout the project lifecycle.
• Project Tracking and Reporting: Monitor project progress against goals and budgets and prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management. Use tools like SAP Project System (PS) or other project management software to track progress.
• Budget Management: Develop and control project budgets, ensuring expenditures are within the approved limits and aligned with business objectives.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a PMO role, specifically with SAP projects.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and under tight deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hebrew
• Advanced knowledge in Excel
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) – an advantage.
