J&J Innovative Medicine is recruiting for a Technology Leader, located in Warsaw Poland.

The role of the Technology Leader is to drive the technology strategy and execution for a specific geographical area or market, in this case Poland, Romania, Greece and Israel. This involves closely collaborating with business partners to strategically lead and prioritize demands, as well as translating the business vision and strategies into innovative solutions developed by product groups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support vision, align/prioritize business & IT strategies and co-shape strategic demand with the business.
• Translate business vision/strategies and customer needs to product groups, empowering Product Group Leaders (PGLs) to innovate and build solutions to meet business / customer needs.
• Co-drive continuous improvement and seek opportunities for business process improvement through technology, data and automation with Head of Technology.
• Have a deep understanding of the business context, industry trends, and market demands.
• Be a change agent to support the drive for further digital transformation within the markets and the region as a whole
• Foster an environment to increase digital competence and drive data-driven culture for business partners and product teams across TAs and markets.
• Maintain a pulse on performance metrics to focus on business value realization and pull-through, including end user/customer critical metrics, product group performance, technical performance (e.g., available / up time), product maturity and revenue/market growth.
• Leverage knowledge of customers and broader ecosystem to drive identification / implementation of emerging products based on customers’ evolving needs.
• Support Head of Technology on selected initiatives and any planning cycles (e.g., BP, LRFP).
  
  

• Degree in Computer Science/Business Information Systems, Engineering or related filed.
• Post graduate studies are considered a significant asset.
  
  

• 5+ years of relevant working experience with technologies in areas such as digital, data and analytics and customer relationship management.
• Proven track record of delivery in sophisticated, ambiguous and changing environments, adhering to crucial regulatory and compliance guidelines.
• Big picture orientation with the ability to zoom in and out of details, balancing both technical and strategic demands.
• Genuine passion for technology, understanding how things work and a clear vision for applying technology to bring value to businesses/customers
• Business and results orientated, able to establish effective relationships with customers, internal teams, suppliers, partners etc.
  
  

• Proficiency in English is a must.
• The role can be based in any of the following places: Warsaw - Poland, Bucharest - Romania, Athens - Greece, Tel Aviv - Israel.
• The role will cover multiple countries / markets. The ability to cultivate positive relationships in such diverse environment is key to the success of the role.
• Limited traveling among the countries and in other places in Europe is encouraged.
