R&D Group Manager

Description

As a Development Group Manager, you will have responsibility for leading the implementation and improvement of all development processes including design, development, testing and release.

You will lead 3 development teams (consist of developers, system architect and testers)

• As a senior technical and management member of the department this role provides the opportunity to significantly influence the future direction and effectiveness of the department through both the department and systems strategies.
• To apply for this role, you must have extensive experience in the development and delivery of systems using Linux and Microsoft technologies and practical experience of systems design at an architectural level. You must also have experience in various software development lifecycle approaches and methodologies, requirements analysis, and project management.
  
  

• 3+ years of DEV group leading Experience
• 10+ years of management Experience
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in C# (.NET) software development, at least 3 of them in Cloud environment
• Experience with WCF and RestAPI
• Experience with AWS/other Cloud microservices development.
• Experience in C/C++ programing - Advantage
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills
• Strong people management skills, the ability to lead and influence others
• Strong presentation skills
• Confident working independently and leading initiatives without routine supervision
• Experience with known protocols and 3rd party software / interfaces – Advantage
• Experience with DevExpress reporting / Ext.NET components – Advantage
• Experience with ASP.NET /ASP.NET Core/ HTML5, CSS & JavaScript – Advantage
