Join our Intel Fab Construction Enterprise (FCE) in building the world's largest semiconductor manufacturing factories across the globe. The future is what we build. Our enterprise manages a portfolio of capital projects on-site with a large contractor workforce that encompasses outsourced general contractors, A/E firms, and key trade companies in the Semiconductor Construction Industry. The scope of our work includes but is not limited to New Wafer Fabrication factories (Fabs), Fab Conversions, Process Tools Install, Infrastructure, and Progressive Build.

As part of FCE's Digital Transformation initiative, the organization is transitioning to cloud-based systems and technologies which require a completely distinct set of skills for a wide array of datasets to enable end-to-end analytics for delivering Fab construction cost, schedule, and predictability improvements. The Digital Transformation Team (DigiT) is looking for an outstanding Delivery and Implementation Student for our Israel Site. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in implementing and maintaining systems and supporting customers' needs. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, as well as handling technical customer support and working with developers to resolve critical issues for customers in a timely manner.
This is an onsite position at our Lachish campus in Israel, Kiryat Gat for minimum of 20 hours per week.
As a Site Delivery and Implementation Student, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Provide customer service to all customers (internal and external), partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Utilize customer support skills to maintain a positive working relationship between customers/partners on the Israel Site and within the DigiT team.
- Demonstrate customer support skills by addressing issues promptly and appropriately, escalating issues according to established procedures, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Provide front-line diagnostic/troubleshooting support and technical expertise via phone, email, and chat to ensure resolution of all customer issues.
- Answer customer questions and inquiries across an entire suite of DigiT products and services.
- Implement new systems/changes in systems including adaptation to customer needs, training and initial support, which includes following a Technical Change Management document, while showing the added value of the system/change to the customer.
- Perform problem source identification to understand the root cause of a customer's issue.
- Collaborate and negotiate as appropriate to prioritize and diagnose problems to resolution.
- Stake holder communication: Instruct and inform customers on DigiT roadmap, products, and services.
- Conduct independent research in order to find solutions to customer problems.
- Contribute to DigiT's attainment of organizational objectives and high client satisfaction.
- Document issues, look for trends, and follow up on customer requests.
- Innovation and continuous improvement by Identifying opportunities for process improvements and lessons learned from other site projects as well as integrating best practices into the systems and processes.
- Become knowledgeable about DigiT products and services to better support customers.
- Build and drive Intel's Culture of Caring in every business environment, from office to construction sites, and from front-end planning to construction execution.

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.
- Study in the following areas: Industrial engineering and management or information systems, currently in 2nd year of studies.
- The candidate must be able to work with global stakeholders and be available for flexible working hours.
- The position requires the ability to deal with multiple stakeholders and achieve results independently.
- Troubleshooting and analytical skills and a desire to solve problems and make things work.
- Logical and intuitive analytical abilities.
- Experience with:
- Database concepts, web-based technologies, and operating systems.
- Programming or IT/Sys Admin.
- Office-proven capabilities with Microsoft software (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) knowledge
- System Management knowledge
- Detail oriented.
- Problem-solving and conclusion-drawing skills.
- Good interpersonal relationship skills with the ability to work in a group.
- Verbal communication skills, clarity of speech, including English verbal communication.
- Ability to cope with frustration and to function under pressure.
