Software Engineer

Sentra is on a mission to enable cloud-driven organizations to regain control and secure their data. We are a fast-growing start-up company, located in the heart of Tel Aviv with a very strong founding team. We are looking to recruit a talented Software Engineer to join our leading R&D team on a journey to promote Sentra to cloud-based companies across the globe.

As a Software Engineer in Sentra you will:

• Play a crucial role in Sentra's detections components
• Design and develop scalable, realtime solutions.
• Interact with the rest of the R&D teams, product managers, and customer-facing solution engineers, in a mission to deliver end-to-end features and tackle complex engineering challenges

To be a Software Engineer in Sentra you need:

• 5+ years of experience in building backend software
• 4+ years with Typescript development
• Experience in Data Engineering
• Experience in architecting and developing cloud large-scale , realtime, distributed systems
• Experienced in working with micro-service architecture & cloud-native services
• Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent experience
• Solid understanding of software design principles, concurrency, synchronization, memory management, data structures, algorithms, etc
• A customer oriented mindset
• Self-motivated and passionate attitude
• Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
• A great team player and collaborative team member
• Experience is any of EDR, XDR, MDR like systems - advantage
• Knowledge in the Cyber Security domain - advantage
• Experience in Python - advantage
• Data Science experience - advantage
