TECHNICAL GOALS:

• Design and develop high-quality software systems to support a growing organization.
• Propose technical and functional designs.
• Perform coding, unit testing, integration, and regression testing.
• Ensure that the work delivered is based on the defined standards.
• Considering continuous improvement and introducing new technologies.

LEADERSHIP GOALS:

• Lead & mentor 4 BE engineers and share knowledge through presentations and proven experience!
• Provide technical leadership and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
• Conduct regular performance assessments, provide feedback, and identify growth opportunities for team members!

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Ability to lead and influence others!
• Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft technology stack: C#/.NET Core, MS SQL Server, REST, Visual Studio!
• Experience in both architecture and implementation-level software design.
• You know the ins and outs of an Agile/SCRUM environment!
• Hands-on experience with clean code approaches, design patterns, and SOLID Principles.
• Familiarity with working with real-time or near real-time systems. Events driven.
• You know how to address and solve performance issues.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues.

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
