Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President (VP) of Marketing to join our startup team at inabit. As the first online marketing hire, the VP of Marketing will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketing strategies to drive growth and brand recognition in the financial cryptocurrency sector.

Responsibilities:

• Create the brand identity and product story, as well as participate in board of decisions of GTM strategies and executions.
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.
• Oversee all aspects of online marketing, including influencers, SEO, SEM, email, social media, and digital advertising.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize marketing initiatives to maximize ROI.
• Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to achieve desired outcomes.
• Drive brand awareness and affinity through compelling storytelling and brand-building initiatives.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in marketing for financial cryptocurrency services.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in marketing roles within tech SaaS companies.
• Experience in financial cryptocurrency services is an advantage.
• Proven track record of successfully developing and executing marketing strategies that drive growth and revenue.
• Strong understanding of online marketing channels and tactics, with the ability to optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand-building.
