As a Monetization Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role within the Monetization Performance team, responsible for advertising operations within our app.

This role offers abundant opportunities to showcase your expertise in advertising and analysis, directly contributing to product and project management initiatives and the business of our app.

Responsibilities:

• Be the first point of contact for operational issues.
• Construct, configure, deploy, and optimize advertising campaigns within the 365Scores platform.
• Monitor the performance of ads and key business metrics, lead investigations into issues, and manage the resolution of identified bugs.
• Handle both strategic and technical aspects of the monetization operating system.
• Monitor and track KPIs to assess the effectiveness of different users in our app.
  
  

• Demonstrated ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, excel in a fast-paced setting, and devise innovative solutions.
• Proven capacity to work independently and drive results, while collaborating with team members.
• Fluent and idiomatic proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Detail oriented mentality.
• Familiarity with advertising technologies, including GAM, various SSPs, and DSPs. (Advantage)
• Experience with SQL (Advantage)
