Chief Business Officer (CBO) / Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Visionary CBO / COO For a pioneering food tech company with a team of 100 professionals. The role purpose is to lead develop and manage the company's business strategies to promote its growth.

Responsibilities:

- Drive the organizational strategy in collaboration with the CEO.

- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure weekly performance goals are achieved.

- Develop and coordinate the leadership team to align with company objectives.

- Lead go-to-market activities, corporate development, and legal affairs.

- Develop and implement the company growth roadmap.

- Collaborate with the VP of Finance in monitoring, controlling budgets, and optimizing

expenses.

- Manage tracking and control over company projects.

- Identify levers for cost reduction and implement strategic plans.

- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance.

Requirements:

- Proven senior leadership experience- company business unit .

- Strong motivational and management skills.

- Track record of leading organizations through rapid growth phases and commercial trade.

- Background in Biotechnology, Pharma, or food companies.

- Experience in cost-reduction projects.

- Deep understanding of product development and customer needs.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills.

- Ability to navigate complexity and drive results.
