Planning and Control Engineer

Our team at ITC is looking for a Planning and Control Engineer.

What will you do:

• Developing a multi-year/annual/quarterly work plan including workload analysis and resource allocation.
• Planning, monitoring, and controlling work plans in projects while meeting outputs/budget targets/schedules.
• Analyzing and improving organizational processes, identifying bottlenecks, analyzing performance trends, generating insights, and developing improvement plans.
• Characterizing, building, and controlling KPIs at the organizational level.
• Managing work interfaces and integration with disciplines in the organization.
• Continuous work with SAP systems, organizational portfolio management systems, and decision-support systems.

What we're looking for:

• Industrial and Management Engineer - mandatory.
• Specialization in information systems - an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in planning and control/information systems/organization and methods - mandatory.
• Familiarity with operational systems (SAP, WEB systems).
• Proficiency in software (MS PROJECT, Azure DevOps-TFS).
