Position Summary

Role and Responsibilities

• Meeting and exceeding set KPIs per sales quotas.
• Set up sell-out and promotions incentive plan with customers.
• Conducting market visits, collecting and analyzing data.
• Monitor and Analyzing PSI (purchase, Sales and Inventory) data
• Manage Customer Orders:
• Creating and processing orders on time, processing requests for rush orders, reviewing pending orders and customer requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Oversee orders progress, Troubleshoot poblems, provide status and assist with order related topics (missing docs, serial no, license problems etc).
• Communicate with Customers on new products launches.
• Identify where improvement is needed in sales practices and make suggestions for improvements.
• Providing weekly reports of sales-related KPIs to management and customers
  

• English and Arabic- High level.
• Bachelor’s degree
• 1-3 years’ experience, including experience in a global company.
• High analytical skills- experience in analysing complex data
• Creativity and problem-solving skills
• Ability to understand and manage complex processes
• Ability to work cooperatively in a team and as an individual.
• Self-learning ability
• Excellent PowerPoint and Excel control (graphs, PIVOT, VLOOKUP, INDEX, MATCH, etc.)
