Main Responsibilities:

Responsible for all phases of project management, including planning, execution, and delivery

Lead the design of units for feasibility testing, up to production-level units

Optimization of production methods of Addionics 3D collectors which are the essence of the company’s technology

Participate in planning process optimization and production scaling-up

Ensure effective coordination within the project teams and with other groups in R&D and Operations

Identify and address potential project risks proactively.

Ensure adherence to budgetary constraints and implement cost-control measures as needed

Collaboration with production and design subcontractors as needed

Requirements:

Engineering degree

Proven track record of minimum 5 years in project management and leading

multi-disciplinary R&D teams for product development in a commercial environment

Experience as a team leader

Hands-on attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Experience in bringing products to production-level and “scaling up”

Experience in managing a R&D team

Experience in the Process Industry - an advantage.
