We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Reliability Engineer with expertise in reliability testing methodologies.

The ideal candidate will also possess knowledge in undertaking root cause analysis. This role requires experience in product testing both in house and collaborating with external labs, based upon experience in setting up product testing procedures. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient testing, root cause analysis, risk management and ongoing improvements whilst maintaining results-driven relationships with R&D and external labs.

Your day to day will include:

● Working with R&D, and test labs to undertake product testing, including establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.

● Undertake in-house testing focused on reliability.

● Undertaking root cause analysis of hardware and software, driving reliability, quality, and process improvements.

● Coordinate with Research and Development (R&D) teams and external

labs to set up comprehensive testing procedures aligned with product requirements.

● Assessment of hardware design, software & integration testing in order to

drive improvements.

● Apply product reliability and compliance methodologies to assist in the identification and management of risks.

● Working with supply chain and Automatic Test Equipment engineers (ATE) to ensure alignment of reliability goals with production.

You’d be a good fit if you have:

● Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field.

● Minimum of 3 years of experience in test engineering roles.

● Proven knowledge of reliability methodologies, tests and experiments.

● Strong understanding of test lab operations and procedures.

● Excellent communication skills to liaise with R&D, external labs, and cross-functional teams.

● Experience in integration, hardware and software testing.

● Mechanical design knowledge, an advantage

● Experience in product compliance standards, an advantage

● Writing reliability plans and familiarity with standards for Outdoor products - an advantage.
