About This Role
As the head of Account Management, you will be responsible for managing and generating business opportunities at our Chain and Key account partners and adding to the overall success of the company.
These are some of the key ingredients to the role:
- To grow and retain 10Bis largest strategic accounts, by ensuring overall client satisfaction and delivering on ambitious order volume and store count growth
- Manage a team of junior and senior key account executives, set and guide team towards achieving their business goals
- Support the success of global and regional key accounts to the JET platform in order to drive growth and improve the choice of our customer base
- To oversee the contractual negotiation of major global chains accompanied with the strategic analyses that support the process
- To have an in-depth understanding of the fast food and QSR industry, its key players and the way the landscape is evolving, assessing the impact on the business and competitive landscape
- To work closely across all regions/countries to ensure aligned and joined-up management of strategic global brand relationships as relevant
- To design and implement process improvements and best practice within the key account structures/teams in markets in order to drive efficiency and growth
- To ensure ongoing communication and work with cross-functional teams (sales, customer services, marketing, data, delivery and finance)
- To partner with the product and data team to guide on the evolving technology requirements for restaurants, and step change the reporting for both internal and external stakeholders
- Develop a strong knowledge base of the logistics framework necessary to support many strategic and key accounts
- You bring sales, partner and business development experience as a Sales Manager (above 3 years)
- You have experience in process optimization
- You have people management experience (above 3 years)
- You are an organisational talent, absolutely online-savvy and very well versed in sales controlling and reporting
- Experience in creating processflows
- You are goal-oriented and analytical and have fun achieving and even exceeding ambitious goals with your team
- Fluency in Hebrew English
- With your positive and convincing personality, it is easy for you to motivate and inspire others
- You will feel comfortable in a dynamic, constantly developing environment like ours
- You are a good role model, a real team player, known for your hands-on mentality and support your colleagues wherever you can
- Despite your ambitious way of working, you can always have fun and do not lose your sense of humour even in stressful situations
