Role Overview: As the RF System Team Leader, you will lead a team of experienced engineers responsible for developing digital blocks for RFIC calibrations. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring the performance and reliability of our RFIC products. Your expertise in system-level RF design, algorithm development, and hands-on lab work will be essential.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of three experienced engineers.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
• Lead the develop of digital blocks for RFIC calibrations.
• Lead the writing of algorithms for software based RFIC calibrations.
• Debug and optimize RF and analog performance.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in C/C++ and Matlab for algorithm development.
• Write detailed specifications for RFIC and analog components, considering system requirements.
• Collaborate with global teams within the company.

Qualifications:

• BSc required with at least 5 years' experience at team leading; master’s degree (MSc) preferred.
• Experience in system-level RF design for Wi-Fi, Cellular, or other wireless communication systems.
• Strong understanding of RFIC architecture and calibration techniques.
• Hands-on experience in the lab, including testing and debugging.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work across global teams.
