QA Team Leader

Responsibilities:

• Managing and mentoring QA team members.
• Plan, write and execute manual tests.
• Work with Developers & Project Managers to coordinate new releases and clarify requirements.
• Reporting bugs and working with the QA team to resolve them.

Requirements:

• 2+ years as a QA team leader.
• 4+ years of experience in Web and Mobile testing.
• Bachelor's degree - an advantage.
• Managing and mentoring team memebers - an adventage.
• Strong technical background.
• Problem solving and investigative skills.
• Experience with testing methodologies.
